Who's Involved
NIYMA has established and is developing further a cadre of talented, fresh and dedicated young Black People. We are personally and professionally committed to our core concepts of safe space and right relations. Among them are:
 |
Tim Goodwin
Chairperson Tim Goodwin is a member of the Yuin Nation from the
south-east coast of NSW. Since meeting other young
Indigenous people from around the world in 1998 at the World
Indigenous Youth Conference in Aotearoa (New Zealand), Tim has been
passionate about Indigenous youth leadership and development. Tim
has been involved in a number of national and international forums,
including the United Nations, to speak about the importance of
involving Indigenous young people in decision making and recognising
their importance not only for the future, but for the contribution
they can, and deserve, to make today.
